Your username and password will be your Kent State University FlashLine username and password. It is important to only use your username without @kent.edu. Do not use your full email address. It is a good idea to make sure that you are able to login to FlashLine (https://flashline.kent.edu). If you are able to login to FlashLine, but not the Intranet/Portal, please contact our webmaster (Corey Moore - firstname.lastname@example.org, (330) 672-8749) for assistance.
If you do not know your FlashLine login information, you should contact the Kent State University Helpdesk. You can reach them by phone at: (330) 672-HELP (4357).
It is also good to be aware of the Kent State University online helpdesk located at: http://support.kent.edu - here one can submit helprequests (tickets) and also browse through the KSU Knowledgebase.

Potential students should go to our public website to learn more information about the College of Nursing: Public Web Site. If you are a potential student attempting to apply to the college of nursing, please visit our online application: Online Application.
The common spot administrators in UCM offer training on a semi-regular schedule. To view their training schedule, please go to: Common Spot Home Page. The training is broken up into skilled categories, all of which are listed at the bottom of the page.
If you have already been to the training and just have a question, please contact the web master (email@example.com).
Typically, every section of the website has an owner. A listing of owners can be found here: Public Web Site Owners
You should contact the owner of the section for which you wish to make changes. If you are interested in becoming an owner, please contact Corey Moore (330) 672-8749, firstname.lastname@example.org.
