In regard to workplace bullying, Eric Clapton may have been right

Our current research in workplace bullying suggests that it’s language that may be at the root of the success or failure of a bully’s efforts. Moreover, that success may be tied as much to the patterns of stress and intonation in the words as to the words, themselves.

Turns out that Eric Clapton may have been right — for bullies, it’s in the way that you use it.
